Obituaries: FALK, Heinrich Richard “Dick”

Dick taught for 40 years in the Theatre Department of California State University, Northridge. He served as Acting Department Chair on two occasions and was the Director of Graduate Theatre Studies for over 25 years. He was Coordinator of the CSUN International Programs, served as the university representative to the statewide CSU Academic Council on International Programs for many years, and in 1986-87 served as the Resident Director for the CSU International Programs in Madrid and Granada, Spain. He also served as the Coordinator of the university Humanities Interdisciplinary Program and taught courses in Humanities for many years. -- Santa Barbara News-Press

Three Dock Spiders Named NWL Post-Season All-Stars

After joining the team in the second half, Alderman has played in 28 of the final 35 games. Alderman has smashed four home runs and driven in 27 runs. Alderman was also one of six Dock Spiders selected to the Major league Dreams Showcase in La Crosse, Wis. At the Showcase, Alderman was one of two Dock Spiders, along with Andrew Sojka (CSUN) to tally a home run. -- Our Sports Central

Rafters Rally Over Woodchucks For Playoff Win

The Willmar Stingers continue their success to defeat the St.Cloud Rox 6-5. Grayson Tarlow (California State University, Northridge) led the team going two for two with a double for his first at bat. Tarlow also had two walks with a stolen base driving in one run. Drey Dirksen (Augustana University) hit the teams only triple of the night with a walk and two RBI. Down by one run in the bottom of the third inning Nick Terrell (Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville) blasted a lead off home run to tie the game. Tucker Novotny (University of Minnesota) earned the win on the mound throwing the last four scoreless innings with eight strikeouts. -- WSAU

She has a master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History from Azusa Pacific University. Never Have I Ever season 3: Is the Shrubland School real?

Nope! Throughout the teen series, real schools have been mentioned, such as Princeton University, Columbia University, Cal State Northridge, Cal State Long Beach, and Arizona State University, but the Shrubland School is not a part of the list. Like Sherman Oaks High, the Shrubland School is a fictional school created just for Never Have I Ever. It’s not exactly clear where the Shrubland School scenes were shot, but our guess is that they were filmed at the Universal Studios backlot in Hollywood like the Sherman Oak High scenes. -- Netflix Life
