PSR Welcomes Summer Interns

My name is Seyed Milad Salami. I go to school at California State University, Northridge pursuing my Bachelor of Arts. In Los Angeles, I became witness to a multicultural community that flourishes by working together. I believe that if humans from all backgrounds started to acknowledge our similarities instead of our differences, humanity would enter an era of great peace and prosperity. My mission it to make such a future a reality. Some may say it will never happen. Well, some also said we would never reach the moon. -- PSR.com

In the second, they pushed across three more runs on four hits before getting another two-run home run, this time off the bat of Kody Mathews (Marshall) to knock Woods out of the game after just 2 1/3 innings of work. Kyle Nicol (Cal State Northridge) then came on in relief and allowed a few more runs before finally getting out of the frame with the Pippins trailing 9-0. Hard throwing, hard hitting Newman leads SwampDogs rout

“No, that (scoreboard) was a little off tonight,″ said Newman, who didn’t log any mound time with his Cal State Northridge college team this season. “I just like to go out there and compete. I don’t really look to see how fast I’m throwing because that’s just a number. It’s more about how well I do on my pitches and executing them.″ -- Gm5 - NC
