CSUN Biology Team Breaks New Ground in Cancer Research
Hundreds of millions of cancer samples, each the size of a saltine cracker, have been archived across the globe. These samples contain genetic information that can radically improve cancer patient survival – even curing difficult-to-treat tumor types. Extracting this information out of these cancer samples has been a major bottleneck to progress in oncology research — until now. -- SCV News

With her total tournament prize winnings at approximately $10,000 and still counting, Julia hopes to pay for college with her young career as a chess champion. A celebration of dance from India and Israel
Two Los Angeles-based contemporary dance ensembles — one inspired by Indian dance traditions and the other by Israeli folk dance — will perform choreography in a bill that celebrates each country’s unique history and customs.
