Introduction

The NRSR0036 - SOC Downld can be used to review class information in an EXCEL spreadsheet (best for auditing class data because you can narrow the search using filter options). Save electronic copies of this report on your computer to archive your schedule. This report is not designed for printing.

Report Options

Selection Criteria:

  • Term:  Enter the 4-digit Term Code (ex., su16 = 2165; fa16 = 2167; sp17 = 2173 and so on)
  • Session: Click the magifying glass to view a list of valid sessions offered in the term. Select the desired session (all sessions in a term or an individual session). 
  • Academic Org:  Enter the 3-digit department number

Class Status:

  • Select one or more of the following options: Active, Stopped, Tentative and/or Cancelled
