Before You Register - Transfer Students
  1. File intent to register by May 1, 2020. No fee is charged to file intent. Helpful: Intent to Register Guide
  2. Take the Upper Division Writing Proficiency Exam as soon as possible but no later than the semester in which you complete 75 units, including transfer courses. See Upper Division Writing Proficiency Exam information.
  3. Review Degree Progress Report/Planner for the placement of your transfer course work and plan future courses.
  4. Final transcripts are due as soon as your spring grades are posted and no later than July 15, 2020. Will your California community college accept CSUN's request for faster electronic transcripts?
  5. Create sample schedules for the upcoming semester using Registration Planner (login required). Helpful: Registration Planner Guide.
Before enrolling in classes, all CSUN students must complete the Title IX "Not Anymore" online workshop to remove the related registration hold.
