Before You Register - Graduate Students
  1. Send us your final, official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions you have attended along with earned degree(s) posted. If you have California community college transcripts, save time with eTranscript California.
  2. Read about your graduate program in the University Catalog.
  3. Familiarize yourself with Graduate Studies policies and procedures.
  4. Schedule an appointment for academic advisement.
  5. Create sample schedules for the upcoming semester using the Registration Planner (login required). For more information see the Registration Planner Guide.
Before enrolling in classes, all CSUN students must complete the Title IX "Not Anymore" online workshop to remove the related registration hold.
