Instructors are posting Spring 2021 grades. You may see some or all of your grades in myNorthridge Portal at this time.
Spring 2021 “end-of-term” processing begins after 5 pm on Tuesday, May 25, 2021. The process includes repeat action (number of repeated units), GPA calculation, current academic standing, and more. This end-of-term processing affects official transcript availability only for students enrolled in spring classes.
Official Transcripts
- Students enrolled in Spring 2021 classes:
Starting 5 pm on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, official transcripts for students enrolled in Spring 2021 classes cannot be released until all grades are posted and end-of-term processing is completed. We anticipate that official spring transcripts will be available by June 11 (subject to change). Please review the “transcript hold” note below. - Student not enrolled in Spring 2021 classes:
If you are not enrolled in Spring 2021 classes, you may order official transcripts at any time.

Important Notes:
- If you are enrolled in Spring 2021 classes, you will see a transcript hold (TRN/EOT) in myNorthridge Portal in the SOLAR Student Center.
- No action is required, and the hold will not block your fall or summer term registration.
- The hold will disappear by June 11, as soon as end-of-term processing is completed.
- The hold allows us to issue official transcripts to students who are not enrolled in Spring 2021 courses.
- To check your grades, log into myNorthridge Portal, select the "Home" tab, and in the Quick Links box, choose "Check Grades."
- To print an unofficial transcript at any time, log into myNorthridge Portal, select the "Academics" tab, and find the "Chart My Academic Progress" box.
