This section is devoted to the various tools to help achieve the objectives discussed in the overview section. Of course, the fundamental resources of any course is the syllabus, and when all else fails, consult the syllabus. Also, my office hours are another opportunity to work out various problems ( however, I STRONGLY recommend that you consult the syllabus first). The textbook, your classmates, and your common sense are other traditional resources that should be familiar to any student. On the other hand, there are a growing number of internet-based resources that can be extremely valuable.
I agree to read my email on Tuesdays at noon, and to respond as promptly as I can. Of course, I read my email almost every day, but this is the time that I devote to students.
