- Conceived, developed, prepared, and used 51 different websites on business communication topics, ranging from analytical reports and memos to oral communications to job search techniques
- Prepared and presented numerous national, regional and state conference workshops and papers on business communication, administrative management, and office systems (including forms management)
- Researched, developed, and taught first Internet/TV Combination business communications course to Channel Islands Campus of California State University system (distance learning) for 15 weeks (three weeks physically on the campus)
- Served on numerous on-campus departmental, college, and university committees as either leader or committee member
- Reviewed four major business communication/job search textbooks as well as wrote articles for The Office, Journal of Business Communication, Journal of Business Education, Business Education World,Management World, Records Management Quarterly, and Format (National Publication of Business Forms Management Association (BFMA)
- Originated and co-taught first Forms Management Seminar at CSUN for five years, and graduated 125 students
- Originated and co-taught first Word Processing Management Seminar at CSUN for two years, and graduated approximately 50 students
