Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings are designed to discuss our own research specifics and problems to mutually support one another and to make suggestions to resolve problems. Monthly meetings can take on various forms including serving as a forum for colloquia practice for graduate students who are presenting their work at professional conferences or who are completing their thesis work, presentations by community agencies regarding research opportunities, or any other creative idea that will help us become better researchers in health disparities. These meetings, then, are intended to be a forum in which mutual support and learning takes place.
