EcoLab is a 400 square foot shared space that can be used by active RIMI faculty to collect data for health disparities research. As such, it is a modifiable space that can become a home-like setting, a medical setting, or a restaurant (or…). As such, it is a good environment in which to conduct interviews, to observe home-like behaviors (functional abilities), to conduct focus groups, or to simply meet with a group of participants or a community agency in order to make CSUN more of a home. The room is located in Sierra Hall 274. Preference will be given for individuals who currently have funding and those who are conducting pilot projects that will need to be completed before writing grants.
