New Professionals Institute
The institute will focus on developing skills that new professionals can employ in becoming more effective professionals and leaders in student affairs. Participants will gain a greater perspective on sustaining values and the importance of developing personal mission statements; shape their career purpose and direction; and learn about the value in partnerships and collaborations across the campus. Participants will also be matched up with Career Coaches from the field as well as participate in mock interview sessions.
