Africana Studies Major/Minor Fair FlyerAbout this Event

Please join us for the First Annual Africana Studies Major/Minor Fair. Learn more about the Department of Africana Studies as you meet current students, faculty and alumni who will be on-hand to answer your questions and share their academic, community and career experiences. If you have ever wondered "Why Students Should Major/Minor in Africana Studies?" this is your chance to find out more about this dynamic and interdisciplinary course of study.

This Major/Minor Fair is designed for students and advisors to get acquainted with Africana Studies professors and to ask questions about the department's offerings, research and career options.

Students can declare the major or minor on the spot.
