Pride Center at the USU Welcomes LGBTQ Community to Join the Conversation during “Tuesday Talks”

WHAT:

The Pride Center at the University Student Union (USU) invites all LGBTQ students, faculty, and staff to attend “Tuesday Talks”, a dynamic and engaging discussion group. Every Tuesday, you can join the conversation on topics and current events relevant to the LGBTQ community in a safe and welcoming space. Admission is FREE.

WHO:

Shelly Ewen, Student Pride Center Assistant, is responsible for putting on this event.

WHEN:

Everyday Tuesday starting Aug. 29 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Pride Center at the USU

WHY:

Provide LGBTQ students a safe and supportive environment to discuss LGBTQ-related topics.

BACKGROUND:

Tuesday Talks” is a weekly event on every Tuesday this semester. All members of the CSUN LGBTQ community and allies are encouraged to attend and have an open discussion on LGBTQ topics such as gender identity, bisexuality, coming out and more.
