CSUN LGBTQ Community Invited to Join the Weekly Conversation at “Tuesday Talks” in the Pride Center

What:
The Pride Center at the University Student Union (USU) invites all CSUN students, faculty and staff to attend “Tuesday Talks”, a weekly discussion group that encourages participants to engage in conversation on topics and current events relevant to the LGBTQ community.

Who:
Joseph Cayanan, Pride Center Supervisor, is responsible for putting on this event.

When:
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 24 and continuing every Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
 (No meeting on Tuesday, Mar. 21 during Spring Break)

Where:
Pride Center at the USU

Why:
Provide LGBTQ students a safe and supportive environment to discuss topics that affect the LGBTQ community. 

Background:
Tuesday Talks” is a weekly discussion that welcomes all members of the CSUN LGBTQ community and their allies. Participants can feel comfortable speaking to one another in the safe space of the Pride Center while covering relevant LGBTQ topics such as gender identity, sexual orientation, coming out, relationships, and more.. All topics will be chosen by the group and guided by a Pride Center representative to ensure a quality, engaging experience.
