Celebrate Art, Activism and Individuality at “Deaf Queer Fest” with the Pride Center

Northridge— The Pride Center of the University Student Union (USU) invites all CSUN students who identify with the deaf and queer communities to celebrate art, activism and individuality at “Deaf Queer Fest”. On Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 5 to 7 p.m., experience this special two-hour event to watch some fun performances, express your artistic pursuits, build new friendships and find support within your community – all via Zoom! 

“The Pride Center is committed to intersectionality and providing fun virtual Deaf LGBTQIA+ programs for CSUN students,” says Sarina Loeb, Pride Center Manager. “Come for an evening to remember in a welcoming American Sign Language environment with friends, family, and community!” 

All Matadors, along with those who identify with the Deaf and Queer communities, are welcome to participate in “Deaf Queer Fest” and enjoy a variety of ASL-friendly entertainment. You can check out all of the talented artists, performers and activists displaying their beautiful work during the event.
