January 6, 2017

What:
The Pride Center at the University Student Union (USU) invites all CSUN students in the transgender community to “T-Time”, a free support group for transgender, genderqueer, non-binary and gender questioning students. Participants are encouraged to freely discuss any and all relevant topics and share their personal experiences while giving and receiving support in a safe space.

Who:
Sarina Loeb, Pride Center Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating this event.

When:
Every Monday from Jan. 23 to May 8, 5 to 6:30 p.m.
* No meeting on Mar. 20

Where:
Santa Susana Room, USU Sol Center, 3rd Floor

Why:
Provide the CSUN trans* community with an open platform to discuss their experiences and opinions on relevant topics in a safe and comfortable environment.

Background:
This dynamic weekly discussion provides a comfortable place for discussion whether you are transgender, gender questioning, genderqueer or believe you fit outside of the gender binary. The “T-Time” group is exclusively for the trans* community in order to build a camaraderie of support through their experiences. Allies are welcome to attend for support if accompanying a trans* student. For more information about “T-Time” or the Pride Center, please visit www.csun.edu/pride.
