8 – 8:20 a.m. 
Pranayama w/ Deepa
Pranayama focuses on breathing techniques, which are done laying down and/or seated. This workshop is designed to help reduce anxiety while improving mental clarity. You will feel rejuvenated, replenishing your life force while boosting your immune system and improving physical health. No prior experience needed.

8 – 8:30 a.m.
Core Strength w/ Cheryl
Core Strength aids in posture, stabilization, alignment, and control of the body when in motion. Activities include the use of your very own bodyweight to challenge your core muscles through various planes of motion. Come ready to work more than just the "abs" to get the entire core burning and shaking! A mat or large towel is all you need. All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Kick and HITT w/ Amanda 
Ready for a challenge? Cardio Kick and HIIT combines, you guessed it, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) followed by lower intensity cardio kickboxing routines performed in a steady-state fashion. This dynamic and explosive class will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness as well as your strength, agility and coordination. So, come ready to sweat and leave feeling like you can take on the world! A large towel or mat is all the equipment you need. All fitness levels welcome.

Qigong w/ April

This ancient Chinese practice cultivates and replenishes our life force energy bridging between ourselves, the earth, nature and the universe. This class consists of breathing exercises, stretches, flowing movements and meditation to create strength with flexibility, harmony, balance and a feeling of being grounded and centered. Qigong amplifies the internal energy of practitioners, enabling them to become full of vitality, emotionally balanced and spiritually connected.

Crystals 101 w/ Tania
In this introduction to crystals, you will learn the background, usage, variation, and benefits of working with crystals. How to choose your crystals, how to care for crystals, charge crystals, cleanse crystals & increase their effectiveness. You will have time to ask questions and we will end with a closing meditation.

Soul Limber Yoga w/ Jaclyn
Soul Limber Yoga is a feel-good-flow that will prepare you for the deep soul-work needed to align your goals with how you truly desire to feel. This class thoughtfully weaves guided reflection exercises with an upbeat vinyasa flow sequence to limber not only your body but also your soul. A mat or large towel is all you need. All fitness levels are welcome.

Living Your Sacred Purpose w/ Dakota Earth Cloud Walker
For many, the idea of sacred purpose is about what you do for a living - the job or career you choose. While that is an important aspect of your sacred purpose, the true meaning of why you are here runs far deeper. It's about the relationships you build in your life, the space you occupy, the spiritual truths you hold, and the contribution you make to the world through your work. When these four areas of Sacred Purpose are congruent, you are truly living into your soul's calling. If any one of these areas is out of balance, or neglected, then your life path will feel incomplete. In this workshop, Dakota will share the four main tenets of your Sacred Purpose using the ancient Medicine Wheel as a container for understanding their relationship to one another. You will explore the health of your "medicine wheel" and steps you can actively take to begin embodying and living into your Sacred Purpose fully.

Setting Intentions w/Michele
Welcome to setting your Intentions! In this easy workshop you will learn to create a mantra Intention. Verbally share your intention. Create a ritual. Meditate with gratitude and release gift(s) you ask for; and most important release blocks that are stopping those gifts that are waiting for you. Have your paper, pen and questions ready.

Zumba® w/ Julie
Zumba® Fitness is a fusion of Latin, international and popular music/dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy-to-follow dance steps. All fitness levels welcome.

Interval Training w/ Alfredo
Interval Training is a total body conditioning class that combines intense cardio training with resistance training exercises geared to improve your body and get you into shape. All you need is a large towel or mat and set of dumbbells or gallon water jugs. All fitness levels are welcome.

Uplifting Yoga w/Lisa
This uplifting vinyasa class designed to help you develop greater optimism and positivity from the inside out. This class integrates a “happiness intervention” concept that will enhance your yoga experience and can be carried as an exercise into living their best life. Join us for the Yoga of Happiness! A mat or large towel is all you need. All fitness levels are welcome.

Gentle Yoga w/ Olivia
Yoga brings about healing and balance to the body’s systems as you tune into the subtle energies within yourself. With an emphasis on relaxation, this Hatha based yoga class incorporates posture, breath, and meditation. Indulge in the simplicity of doing less and feeling more. Suitable for all levels.

Manifesting Through Ritual w/ Dakota Earth Cloud Walker
The ancient teachings of the Medicine Wheel provide a powerful structure for navigating our lives and finding our soul's purpose. It gives us a lens to reflect upon what we currently have, what we need to let go, and what we can do to bring more balance to our lives. In this workshop, Dakota will lead you on a soul inquiry to determine what your current "medicine wheel" is comprised of and what your soul wishes to manifest. When combined with ritual, this manifestation technique becomes a magnetic draw for imprinting your quantum field with your soul's desires. These soul assessments help guide us to living a more authentic, and rich life that is more aligned with our soul's purpose.

Vinyasa Flow w/ Olivia
Vinyasa Flow is a popular style of yoga that synchronizes your movement with breath a vigorous flow from one yoga posture to the next when performing sun salutations to build internal hear that helps to detoxify the body. So be prepared to sweat and have fun! Vinyasa Flow is friendly and suitable to members of all fitness and experience levels. A mat or large towel is all you need.

Bodyweight Mania w/ Cheryl
Just because we don’t have our weights doesn’t mean we can’t build strength! Using just our bodyweight we can target each of our major muscle groups including our core. Grab your water bottle, a yoga mat or a towel to provide a cushion and have a stable chair handy for certain exercises. Create a safe space where you can move and get ready to challenge yourself. Let’s come out on the other side of this stronger than ever before! All fitness levels are welcome.

Cardio Fusion is 30 minutes of pure cardio fun! This class will introduce a medley of cardio-based exercises such as kickboxing, plyometrics, and much more. So come join in and get your cardio on! All fitness levels welcome.

Sleep Yoga w/ Deepa
Sleep Yoga or Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative practice that puts the yogi in a hypnogogic state - the state between asleep and awake. Restful Yoga is conducive to deep emotional and physical healing, rewiring your brain, and self-exploration. It is an adaptogenic practice, giving your body, mind, and spirit exactly what it needs in the present moment.

Sound Healing w/ Satya
Sound Healing will offer a mix of breath work, slow gentle movement, music and sounds of all different kinds of crystal bowls, bells and gong. All designed to calm the nervous system, relax the mind and body and let go of the anxiety and stress you are holding. These soothing sounds will help you go deep into relaxation and prepares you for meditation.
