The COVID-19 pandemic has required people to stay at home as much as possible. For those in abusive households, “Safer at Home” orders heightened the risk factors associated with child maltreatment, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

Geology Faculty Receive DoD Grant for Developing GeoAnalytical Center

Hauswirth, Ganguli, Cotton, Evans, Schwartz, Cecil, and Lozos on the awarding of a $600,000 U.S. Department of Defense grant to to create a GeoAnalytical Center and purchase two mass spectrometers, an ion chromatograph, ground penetrating radar, and a high-performance computing node.
