Biography
Bari Caine-Lomberto has worked in private corrections management for 35 years, focusing on inmate/parolee program development and facility operations in reentry. She currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Behavioral Systems Southwest, Inc., providing oversight for 10 residential reentry facilities in California and Arizona. In addition, she spent many years as an auditor for the American Correctional Association, an agency whose primary mission is to ensure the ethical, humane and programmatic treatment of incarcerated persons. Bari earned her bachelor's degree in combined social sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her master’s degree in sociology from California State University, Northridge.
