Description:

The keys to successfully getting people to advance change is to help them understand the purpose, see the bigger picture, know how they’ll get there, and to play an important part in the journey. We’ll discuss the role of a leader in fostering an environment that challenges a team to think courageously, advancing change throughout each step, and how to be resilient and move forward in the face of challenges.
