About Dr. Amir Law

Having grown up in Sylmar, CA, Amir Law is a Los Angeles native. He is a first-generation college student, raised by a single mother alongside three of his brothers. Through hard work, and more importantly, because of the support he received from family, friends, loved ones, and community members, Amir has been able to earn Master's Degrees in Business Administration as well as in Coaching and Athletic Administration. he earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from CSU Fullerton in 2015. Amir has over 20 years of experience in education as well as over 10 years in business development. Most recently he started Law & Associates Community and Economic Development Group to lead the development of ten Black Wall Streets across the country. "Law Development Group" will serve as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and partner with historically disinvested communities to provide funding to small businesses and commercial real estate developers as they revitalize the economies of disenfranchised majority-black neighborhoods.
