Description:

Administrators and Department Chairs are invited to this session provided by Empathia/Life Matters to hear how Life Matters can not only support employees with in their personal life, but also how it can be a resource for their work life. 

Provides an overview of all Empathia EAP services and explains the process for making performance-based referrals. Describes the complementary roles of management and Employee Assistance in helping employees remediate problem performance. Management skills coaching and support also available.

Registration and attendance to this session is limited MPP administrators and Department Chairs.
