Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)

Welcome to CSUN EOP

The Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) at California State University, Northridge designs, administers, and supports programs that deliver access and retention services to CSUN students.

EOP provides services to historically low-income, historically educationally disadvantaged, first-generation college students; a population that not only reflects the diversity of CSUN’s feeder communities but also the diversity of the University itself.

Featured: The Milt and Debbie Valera EOP Resilient Scholars Program

The Educational Opportunity Program here at California State University, Northridge thanks Milt and Debbie Valera for their generous donation to the EOP Resilient Scholars Program. This distinctive endowment will allow the now-called Milt and Debbie Valera EOP Resilient Scholars Program to expand capacity of our current program and provide much needed services to foster youth attending CSUN. We will be able to further develop the community of learners, strengthen support networks and meet the unique needs of foster youth. Our students face obstacles on a daily basis and having the ability to remove some of them will have a great impact in our students’ lives.
