San Diego Zoo and Safari Park tickets are now available!

To purchase tickets, please follow these steps:

  2. Call the Ticket Office at (818) 677-2488 and leave a voicemail with your name and phone number or email us at ticketoffice@csunas.org with your name and phone number and we will be in contact with you.

  3. Once the order has been processed, the digital tickets will be emailed to you.


U-Pass

Hello U-Pass Riders,

All U-Passes will be sold online for Fall 2020. The price is still $95 and it is valid from 8/10/20 through 1/17/21. To qualify for the Metro U-Pass, you must be enrolled in 6 or more units for undergraduate students and 3 or more units for graduate students. To purchase a U-Pass, please follow the steps below.

New Purchase

  1. Log into myNorthridge portal.

  2. Click on the “Financial Matters” tab.

  3. Scroll down and click on “Purchase a CSUN Metro U-Pass.”

  4. Select term (ex: “Fall”).

  5. Select “Purchase a New Metro U-Pass” and follow the steps.

  6. If this is your first time purchasing a U-Pass, complete the U-Pass Information form at https://lametro.formstack.com/forms/upass_csun. It is at the end of the U-Pass purchase process (please use your CSUN email address).

  7. Email a screenshot of the confirmation page after completing the U-Pass form to ticketoffice@csunas.org

***After the transaction is completed and we receive a screenshot of the confirmation page, we will be mailing you the loaded U-Pass to your shipping address. You should receive it within 7-10 business days.***

Renewal

  1. Log into myNorthridge portal.

  2. Click on the “Financial Matters” tab.

  3. Scroll down and click on “Purchase a CSUN Metro U-Pass.”

  4. Select term (ex: “Fall”).

  5. Select “Renew Existing Metro U-Pass” and follow the steps.

    • If you are unable to read any/all of the sticker numbers or are unsure of what it could be, please email ticketoffice@csunas.org with your name and CSUN email address and we will provide you with the accurate U-Pass sticker number.

***After the transaction is completed, it will take 4-5 business days to activate your U-Pass.***

Note: If you do not have the unit requirement to qualify for the $95 U-Pass and are enrolled in at least 1 unit at CSUN, you can purchase the U-Pass at the full price of $174.40. Please contact the Ticket Office at ticketoffice@csunas.org and include your phone number in the email. We will contact you to process the order.

The U-Pass is good for unlimited rides on Metro rail and bus, Culver City Bus, GTrans, LA DASH, Torrance Transit, Long Beach Transit, Montebello Bus Lines, Norwalk Transit, Pasadena Transit and Big Blue Bus.

The Associated Students Ticket Office will be taking preorders for the GradPass for CSUN students who graduated in Fall 2019 or Spring 2020. You may purchase the GradPass at a reduced price of $43 per month (regular price is $100 per month).

The preorder date will start on July 6, 2020. If you are interested in pre-ordering, please email ticketoffice@csunas.org

To qualify:

  • Must have graduated in the last year (Fall 2019 or Spring 2020).

  • Must have purchased the U-Pass for at least one semester in the past year (Fall 2019 or Spring 2020).

To apply:

  • Complete the GradPass Information form at https://lametro.formstack.com/forms/grad_pass_csun **Note: Under the U-Pass TAP # section, put your current U-Pass Sticker #. If you are unable to accurately read your U-Pass Sticker #, please email ticketoffice@csunas.org with your name and CSUN email address and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

  • Email a screenshot of the confirmation page after completing the GradPass form to ticketoffice@csunas.org and include your phone number in the email.

    • We will contact you within 1-2 business days to process the transaction for the $2 GradPass TAP card and the $43 month pass.

    • After the transaction is completed, we will be mailing you the loaded GradPass and you should receive it within 7-10 business days.

To Load the GradPass:

**Note:

  • Pay a one-time $2.00 fee for the GradPass TAP card. If the card is lost, damaged, or stolen, there is an additional $2 fee to replace the card each time.

  • The GradPass is only good for 12 consecutive months from the issuance date.

  • The GradPass is valid on local Metro Buses and Metro Subways.
