Public Health Alumni Chapter APHA Now Fundraiser

CSUN alumni and friends can purchase an access code to the American Public Health Association (APHA) Now 2020 videos. APHA Now captures some of the most exciting sessions from the annual meeting. All special sessions are theme-related, each addressing challenges and barriers and the strategies needed to achieve healthy communities across the nation. APHA Now is an affordable alternative for those unable to attend the annual meeting and a great supplement for attendees who don’t want to miss a moment of the meeting.

You can earn up to 19 Continuing Education (CE) credits in each of the following: MCHES®, CHES®, CME, CNE, CPH, OP (ask your licensing/certification board if they accept CME for Non-Physician).

There is no additional cost for CE. It is included in the cost of APHA Now registration. After watching a session, you need to complete an assessment – a list of about 10 questions. Once you pass the assessment, you can download a certificate of completion.

Proceeds from each sale will go back to CSUN’s Public Health Alumni Chapter and be used for student programming, including its speed-mentoring event that connects students to professionals.

The last day to register for APHA Live is 08/01/2021. The last day to complete and receive CEU is 08/31/2021.
