EXPECTATIONS FOR GRADES 1 and 2 LEARNER'S


1. Adds and Subtracts vertically, horizontally 0-18.
2. Adds and Subtracts one digit numbers.
3. Counts by 10's, 5's 2's.
4. Adds and Subtract two-digit numbers without regrouping.
5. Identifies 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5 of a set or region.
6. Gives the value of a group of coins:quarters,dimes,
nickels,pennies.
7. Estimates capacity using cups,pints,quarts;
weight using pounds.

the MATH TUTOR SYSTEM.

The MATH TUTOR SYSTEM includes 10 games, which are
available to the student
when he or she realizes 70% or better on an assignment.

The MATH TUTOR SYSTEM includes games, assignments, tests,
evaluations, as well as, a grade book that will keep track
of the results of all activities.


STUDENT EVALUATION

This computer system will evaluate each student's math skills and determine which assignments should be done to improve their math skills.

1. Click on MY COMPUTER.

2. Click on DRIVE C.

3. Click on the folder called MATHNET.

(there should be 68 TO 83 files in this folder.)

(There are over 350 files used by the Math Tutor

but most are hidden).

4. To RUN THE MATH TUTOR,

click on the file called MENUM.

FOR WINDOWS 3.1.

1. Click on the FILE MANAGER.

2. Click on the folder called MATHNET.

(there should be 68 TO 83 files in the MATHNET folder.)
