A link to a pdf version of the free text, Active Calculus, and related activities by Matthew Boelkins et al.

Steven Lange, an AP Calculus teacher at Hollywood High School, has an extensive set of online resources for calculus (worksheets, lessons, SMART Board files, projects, etc...).

Mrs. Kristen Shaw, an AP Calculus teacher in New York has posted worksheets (some with answer keys) that are ready to use in the classroom. (Warning: You may have to edit the answer keys prior to use!)

Tip for AP Calculus teachers, from Crystal Shaw, a CSUN/Noyce alumna: "Something to constantly keep at the back of an AP Calculus teacher's mind is that students need to apply straightforward ideas from lecture into Free Response Question (FRQ) scenarios. Students need to communicate their ideas thoroughly using correct mathematical language and notation." Here is a link to a resource of sample Free Response Questions (128 PAGE PDF file), which was compiled by a group of teachers.
