For the Visit to Civitavecchia, see G. Novaes, Elementi della storia de' Summi Pontefici terza edizione, Volume 14 ( Roma 1822 ) 117-118. The Pope departed Rome on April 26. He stayed in Civitavecchia for six days, beginning his return to Rome on May 4.
