Field Studies In Executive Leadership
Course Information
Students will conduct preliminary research on identified successful executives and their paths to success. Students will be trained in interview techniques and then sent to interview these identified Leaders. Students will produce a comparison of the different individual characteristics and environmental opportunities that may account for successful leadership and organizational success.
