Professional & Personal Development Programming

To elevate how Human Resources markets its' Professional and Personal Development Programs, two major changes were made regarding marketing and registration.

Marketing

Partnering with VISCOM, HR developed a compact brochure for its Improved Efficiency2014-2015 programming that included two color calendars, one for each semester.  Programs were color coded based on the type of program and were clearly identified to the campus priority is supported.

Registration

As a leader within the CSU, HR embraced Skillsoft's Skillport Learning Management System (as supported by the Chancellor's Office) and undertook moving the registration and tracking of programs from SurveyMonkey to Skillport.  This system allows employees to enroll in programs, add them to their calendar, and track their participation via a transcript.  As well as provides a learning Library with online training sessions to expand education from just our classroom sessions.
