A good manager knows how to support employees! This interactive discussion will focus on how managers and supervisors can make sound decisions regarding reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities. We will cover key concepts including defining disability, understanding disability laws, recognizing and responding to requests for reasonable accommodation, and how to initiate the interactive process.
