Student Success

Who are our students? What are common misperceptions of the millennial student? What are recent developments in our demographics? Understanding the current CSUN students, where they come from, and what their general trajectory through their tenure at the University positions us to better guide them toward success. This session will also be a good way to help staff and faculty consider how the CSUN student today is not the student of yesterday!

Through this presentation you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of the demographic representation of the student population we serve;
  • Learn more about the CSU and CSUN's admissions process; and
  • More clearly understand how your role at the University leads to student success.
