Whether you are addressing the concerns of one employee, or the dynamics of your team, managing conflict effectively requires thoughtful communication skills and an open communication environment that encourages employees to seek the root cause of the issue(s). Conflict is natural and if handled quickly and professionally, can result with growth and better working relations. In this session, we will discuss skills such as deep listening, asking good questions, conflict tendencies, perspective taking, and positive solutions.
In this session reserved for MPP’s, we’ll discuss creating and fostering a healthy environment, and discuss case scenarios in a higher education environment.
