How many times have you told yourself that you need to make health related changes but you don’t know where to start? This course is designed to give you information on ways to achieve a healthier lifestyle and various tools that you can use to improve your overall wellness.

In this session we will discuss ways to make healthier lifestyle and behavioral choices using various tools to incorporate fitness and wellness related activities into your life.
