Employees for Success

Routinely documenting an employee’s performance, as well as your coaching, counseling or disciplinary conversations can serve as a dynamic tool for performance evaluations and goal setting. We’ll discuss creating proper documentation, the benefits and hazards of electronic documentation, and strategies to teach your employees how to document their own performance.
