Is
it official policy of CSUN to promote boycott of Jews? It would seem so
given that David Klein uses CSUN web assets to promote boycott of Jews
and demonization of Jews. The libel that Jews murder babies has
historically led to the murder of millions of Jews throughout history.
Yet this sort of disgusting accusation is found under the name of
CSUN.
The German Parliament declared BDS anti-Semitic. The Germans know

Concern:
The Never Again Group is watching events at Cal State very closely and we
are alarmed by the politically-motivated moves designed to harm the Jewish
community at the university and the unbelievable degree to which top people
openly display their hatred against Israel.

California State University Northridge President Jolene Koester, now
retired, remove from the University server the anti-Semitic web pages of
Mathematics Professor David Klein (for example, see HERE). Unfortunately,
former President Koester failed to address our concerns before her

Surprisingly, Harold Hellenbrand, the new interim President of CSUN, is
publicly listed as a signatory to a letter that demonizes Israel and seeks
to prevent students from studying there, which was authored by Professor
Klein and posted on Klein's CSUN-hosted web page.
Therefore, we have decided to turn to CSU Chancellor Charles Reed, who
oversees and is responsible for all 23 CSU campuses, including CSUN. We
have written an open letter to Chancellor Reed, calling on him to exercise
his authority to ensure that Professor Klein's anti-Semitic web pages are
removed.

that he would have

this because people I have met with your views, really have no

in the world involving "innocent" muslims. If only your wish came true
and Israel became Muslim Palestine (which is their wish in Arabic, not
the english news you read), One day you may have nowhere to go. However
a Palestinian arab will have a multitude of muslim contries to visit or
live. That is the result of your social justice. Why dont you use
your energy to criticize all the human rights abuses in arab and
muslim countries? Like the UN, you lack a spine. If you attacked
Muslims the way you attack jews they would put a fatwa on your head.

must have lived a very sheltered life in college. I remember going to
University of Western Ontario and someone thought that Jews had horns.
Maybe they read some of your logic, or maybe they learned that in
Church, from someone who read your logic. I once went to San Diego
State and met some people at a Frat party. Got along great until they
found out I was Jewish. They must have read some of your stuff because
all the sudden they said they could easily kill jews without blinking.
Stone cold evil humans are out there. They can kill us again. And what
are you going to to? Fumble and try to put your foreskin back on. You
are no different from other jews to people who hate jews, except that
they think you are jewish "and" stupid. So while you do all sorts of
gymnastics to justify your open letter, dont let facts or logic get in

However, we are appalled by your response and believe that it indicates an egregious failure of leadership. You have chosen to abdicate and misapply the authority vested in you as President of CSUN:
* You have willfully ignored the CSUN policy<http://amchainitiative.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=0beb330b057061522bbe22a7f&id=02174e0f8e&e=d05b3266e4> that prohibits the name of the University to be associated with boycotts and other politically-motivated activity;

* You have willfully ignored the CSUN policy<http://amchainitiative.us2.list-manage1.com/track/click?u=0beb330b057061522bbe22a7f&id=9cdfcc5412&e=d05b3266e4> that gives the University the right to remove "any defamatory, offensive, infringing, or illegal materials" from its website.
* You have mistakenly interpreted academic freedom and freedom of speech to mean that a university-sponsored, publicly-funded website can be used to promote defamatory lies and purvey a vile anti-Semitic screed.
* You have willfully ignored the fact that Professor Klein's webpages have almost certainly contributed to a hostile environment for Jewish students on your campus, in violation of Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
As you state in your response, you do so because the University “upholds academic freedom, eschews censorship, and defends rights to express points of view.” Yet, we are not referring here to the right of an academic to disseminate his controversial ideas in his area of expertness. Nor are we referring to the right of an academic, as a private citizen, to express his provocative ideas on his own blog. Professor Klein is a professor of mathematics. By no stretch of the imagination can his academic freedom rights in mathematics be used as a cover for anti-Semitic propaganda against the Jewish state and its supporters.
If, as you say, CSUN has no choice but to tolerate Professor Klein’s speech on its website, we question why you and the CSU administration have not exercised your own freedom of speech. You have remained silent and chosen not to acknowledge or condemn blatant anti-Jewish bigotry, although you yourself have stated that your responsibility is “to speak out and even condemn ideas and views that are racist.”
We demand that you exercise your responsibility and declare to the University community that Professor Klein’s views are deeply offensive and violate the University’s policy of tolerance and inclusiveness.
We demand that you exercise the full authority vested in you as University President by removing Professor Klein's anti-Semitic webpages from the CSUN server.
We look forward to hearing what further actions you will take.
In the meantime, we will continue our own efforts to investigate and expose the problem of anti-Jewish bigotry at CSUN, and we will use every means available to us to address it.
Please understand that the Jewish community will not remain silent while anti-Semitism goes unchecked on your campus.

Barcelona , and suddenly discovered a terrible truth -
Europe died in Auschwitz . We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20
million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity,
talent. We destroyed the chosen people, truly chosen, because they produced
great and wonderful people who changed the world.
The contribution of this people is
felt in all areas of life: science, art, international
trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world. These are the
people we burned.
And under the pretense of tolerance,
and because we wanted to prove to ourselves
that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million
Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism and
lack of tolerance, crime and poverty, due to an unwillingness to work and
support their families with pride.
They have blown up our trains and
turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third
world, drowning in filth and crime.
Shut up in the apartments they
receive free from the government, they plan the murder
and destruction of their naive hosts.
And thus, in our misery, we have
exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative
skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition.
We have exchanged the pursuit of
peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for a
better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because
life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire
for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.
What a terrible mistake was made by
miserable Europe .

The Jews are NOT promoting
brain-washing children in military training camps,
teaching them how to blow themselves up and cause the maximum number of deaths of

When the Supreme Commander of the
Allied Forces, General Dwight Eisenhower, found the
victims of the death camps, he ordered all possible photographs to be taken and
for the German people from surrounding villages to be ushered through the
camps and even made to bury the dead.
He did this because he said in words

films - get the witnesses – because somewhere
down the road of history some bastard will get up and say that this never

Recently, the UK debated whether to
remove The Holocaust from its school curriculum
because it 'offends' the Muslim population, which claims it never occurred. It

that is gripping the world and how easily each country is giving in to it.

the Second World War in Europe ended.

further. I made my living in Sales which required both
verbal and
psychological skills. Since we are not face to face, I cannot
“read”
your body language. Such a negative in written communications is
difficult to overcome. Since I didn’t expect my earlier (and
likely
not this) remarks would have a great chance of changing your mind, I’d
appreciate any commentary you might offer where I can reflect. I
am
now a “senior” citizen. I have seen the films and read the
written
reports of human suffering. Truly, I’ve never had an
