LABORATORY SCHEDULE 2006
SPRING- SPARLING BIOL 441L print
out each experiment the week before there are done from the lab manual from the
web at www/csun.edu/~vcbio001. Be sure to check out a book from the library
or reserve book room every
week to help you with the lab. Just one textbook and one atlas is not
enough to learn the lab material. You need lots of description and picturesl
Your laptop computer will come in handy in lab, as will a digital camera, if
you have them, or a scanner. The lowest grade for one lab will be dropped, so everyone can miss
onelab, but after that, the grade will be decreased for each lab missed. KEEP
YOUR CORRECTED EXPERIMENTS IN A LAB NOTEBOOK SINCE IT MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE
END OF THE SEMESTER. You can share lab data only with your lab partners, plot
data and write up experiments separately. Do not loan your lab book to anyone.
If WRITEUPS ARE TOO MUCH ALIKE, POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED, AND IT WILL BE CONSIDERED
CHEATING. If a lab partner is absent do not share data with them. +,- GRADING
WILL BE USED.
